Our liquid screed is an excellent choice for domestic and residential building projects.
Liquid screed is fast application self levelling floor screed that is often used to cover
underfloor heating pipework before the chosen flooring is fitted, it is the ideal floor levelling
alternative to traditional cement screeds. It is quick to apply, requires less manual labour &
can be walked upon 24-48 hours after application.
Liquid screed also conducts heat more efficiently than cement screeds so is the perfect way
to finish a floor that has underfloor heating.

We offer a few screeding choices. While all are suitable applications, the cement based
screeds require considerably less attention once dry.

Gypsol Classic
Minimum Coverage – Bonded 25mm Unbonded 30mm Floating 35mm
Foot Traffic – 24 to 48 hours
Loading – 5 to 7 days
Requires sanding prior to the application of floor finishes.

Longfloor Classic
Minimum Coverage – Bonded 25mm Unbonded 35mm Floating 40mm
Foot Traffic – 24 hours
Loading – 72 hours
NO sanding required prior to the application of floor finishes.

Longfloor Rap7D
Minimum Coverage – Bonded 25mm Unbonded 35mm Floating 40mm
Foot Traffic – 24 hours
Loading – 72 hours
Fully Dry after 7 Days (Based on 50mm thickness)
NO sanding required prior to the application of floor
finishes.
